- "Company" refers to any minicab operator registering on the platform to manage drivers and trips.
- "Driver" refers to individuals invited by a company to use the platform for trip management.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using the platform, including both companies and drivers.
2. Use of the Platform
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to operate in your region to use this platform.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its functionality, or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Account Management
- Companies may invite drivers and manage their access to the platform.
- Drivers can accept or reject trip assignments. All trip actions (start, complete, cancel) must reflect real activity.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Charges
- Companies are responsible for setting rates (per mile, delay charges, earnings split) and managing financial arrangements with drivers.
- We are not involved in payment transactions between companies and drivers.
- We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees or service charges with prior notice.
5. Data and Privacy
- We collect and store data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- We use your data to operate the platform, improve services, and ensure compliance.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
6. Availability and Support
- We aim to keep the platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform maintenance or updates, sometimes without prior notice.
- Support is provided via email or platform messaging, during standard business hours.
7. Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
- We may remove content or data that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
8. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes between companies and drivers.
- Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

- We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page.
- Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
